Annbeth joined the DAK Commercial Realty team in 2008.  Annbeth was previously with Coldwell Banker, and is experienced in residential property sales as well as commercial.  The following designations achieved by Annbeth speak of her commitment to the highest level of customer service and ethics: NYS Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, Commercial and Residential REALTOR, Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Relocation Specialist.

Annbeth is a native New Yorker, and brings an optimum combination of abilities including  interpersonal, organizational and managerial skills. These skills provide the highest level of understanding, communication and information that will guide customers and clients through their decision-making processes. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Sales and Marketing of high end commodities, she brings a full spectrum of knowledge to DAK.

In addition a strong background in psychology and art history, having attended the New School for Social Research. She has her graduate Gemologist certification from GIA; is a Certified Feng Shui Consultant from the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design; holds a Series 3 License/Registered Commodities Representative adds a perspecive of the financial markets to the commercial real estate marketplace.
